More about FIRE STATION CREATIVE
Fire Station Creative was opened by John Byrne in July 2015.
This iconic building was erected in 1934 and housed the Fire and Rescue Service for many years until their move in 2010 to new premises.
It lay empty for several years but thanks to a dedicated group of local business people and artists and the generous support of Fife Council, Creative Scotland, The Roberston Trust, Fife Environment Trust, Barcaple Foundation, Community Union and Educational Institute of Scotland, the facility is now open to the public and available for all things creative!
Fire Station Creative is a social enterprise - all profits raised are reinvested in the property and it's projects - so every cup of coffee sold goes to support the arts!
So far - we are delighted to say that we are self-sufficient. Let's keep it that way!

Testimonials
"Always have a lovely lunch and the staff are all so nice. Having an alternative night out it's great I saw an up close and personal gig with The Skids and everyone had a brilliant night. Thanks to all the staff for making The Fire Station Creative a special place x." MAGGI MILLAR
"Wow, best brunch in fife.. well priced, great service.. a real buzz.. is Dunfermline becoming a bit boho hip.. you might believe you were in Hackney or even Stoke Newington... great cooking is what makes or breaks.... good luck... worth supporting. We'll be here next week too. MARIA ARMSTRONG
"Absolutely love it here for a wee night out, something different to offer than the other places in Dunfermline, fab cocktails and brilliant staff to boot the live music is always fantastic to the point one of my friends has booked one of the singers for her wedding for the guests during the day for after the ceremony and before the dinner, Always a great night can't wait for the next one." FIONA JANE MOORE
"This was my first time visiting Fire Station Creative as I was attending the Pecha Kucha Dunfermline event. Such lovely and welcoming staff, I loved the interior space and design and I will definitely visit again. It's a shame I couldn't have a hot drink that night, only soft drinks and alcohol available. As the designated driver, and it being a chilly wet night it would have been nice to have had a hot drink. Maybe you could reconsider your policy considering its wintertime." MARGARET GOURLEY
